I ordered a ps5, yesterday the upfront cost has been taken out of my account and I had a confirmation email but yet if I try to track my order it says sorry we can’t show your order at this time, I’m not expecting it to turn it with in days but surely it should at least show that your Order is working it’s way through the system? 
that said I know people who had ordered it and got it 3 days later so who knows at this point 🤷‍♀️ I just don’t fancy being told sorry we can’t get stock and the money and add on has been all set up for nothing.

@Kayleigh931  You’ve order it so you’ll get it.   The add to plan store is a shop and like a shop you purchase item from it but with the advance of paying of that item over 11 months with your mobile phone bill.   You’ll get it.

@Kayleigh931may I ask how you managed to order one?

 

Did you get the in stock email and rush over or did you just check the site every now and again? 

 

I've registered interest in all the PS5 deals so hoping for some luck
