Delayed SIM delivery

Hi I ordered an upgraded SIM  on the 20th of April but it has not arrived yet. Not sure if lost in the post or just delayed?

@Salruk75   Lost. Free PAYG SIMs take on average 4 days to be delivered.

Hi Mark this is a pay monthly one which is why I’m starting to worry

SIM orders should arrive within 2-5 working days for you, as your delivery has not arrived please get in touch with our Mobile Care team, they can help you get the order looked into.

@Salruk75  Mark? Not sure where that came from lol. But upgraded SIM? If you just requested a upgrade plan on existing SIM they won't send you a new physical SIM just apply the pack to the old one.  If its a new SIM and been over a week u got to chase it up

Sorry can I just check, did you upgrade to a new plan?

 

If so, is the new SIM plan showing in your My EE account?

 

You wouldn't need a new SIM card if you have upgraded to a SIM Only plan 🙂
