Data Usage

For the last 3 months I have stayed inside my plan allowance for data usage, as shown on my account.

This month I have exceeded the allowance with two weeks to go but I cannot see from my account why have used up the the entire allowance.

I hope you're well and having a nice weekend, are you up to much? 

 

I use data for everything so totally get how important this is. Has anything changed recently that may mean you're using more data. It could be a new device, an outage on your home broadband or maybe spending time somewhere you normally don't?
