Hi,
I ordered an in stock upgrade for an iPhone 12 yesterday, picked contactless same day delivery and setup but never received any messages beyond the confirmation email. When I try to track the order I just get a message saying “sorry, we are unable to show your details at this time”. Anyone know how to resolves this?

Hi,
I placed an upgrade order yesterday for an in stock iPhone 12 and used the same day delivery and contactless setup. I picked a time for the afternoon but I never received a message to say the order was being dispatched. I have tried tracking my order but I just get a message saying “sorry, we can’t show you your order details right now”. Anyone know how to resolve this?

Did you place your order on the EE Shop?
Have you received your confirmation email yet to confirm your order has been processed?
The order tracker takes 24 hours to update with your details.
Once your order is ready to dispatch, you will receive a text from DPD with your delivery information.

Hi,
yes it was placed with the online shop and I got the conformation email. Thing is it’s mean to be same day, I got to pick the time slot for yesterday afternoon so if it needs 24hrs to process it can’t be same day?

Did you get a text from DPD about your order?
They'll text you when it's out for delivery.

Hi Jon,
no I ended up calling customer services and it turns out there isn’t a same day delivery and setup for online orders because some has to manually start the order process. Had to do it again over the phone.
