I have added a PS5 to my plan and been advised my PS5 should be delivered by the 15th December - i know it's onlt the 14th but i've not heard anthing from EE and i'm getting slightly nervous it won't be delivered in time for Christmas - finding it hard to get any confirmations from customer services about delivery dates either - anyone else had any joy with customer servies at all ?
For the customes who have received a PS5 (are there any ??) can you advised what delivery details/notifications did you get.

Yes received an email with an order number and received a text to say the monthly amount has been added to my plan - just no info on when i'll receive - i know the PS5 IS like gold dust so wanting to ensure i'll receive it - espically when expected delivery is tomorrow (15th) but i've had nothing to say the PS5 has been despacthed, thanks Jamie

Hi same for me too... An update would ve appreciated. I received an e mail and it has been added to my plan. Nothing from DPD.

Chris, can you let me know which options i need to press when i call 150 so i can speak to someone - fingers crossed you hear from them soon isn't very reasuring ..... or even better can someone call me ??? Thanks Jamie

Not sure if it helps but i downloaded the dpd app and can see an “active delivery” to my address but it seems they are waiting on parcel from EE....

Fingers crossed - EE can you confirm likelihood new date? I would assume by tomorrow unrealistic?
