Hello  My payg phone was put into isolation ,.I then topped up, ee say that if you top up within 90 days of hibernation you can Retrieve your credit

If you give our customer care team a call, they will be able to access your account and refund any credit owed back to you.

Hello Alex thank you for your help, I am having  trouble ringing EE as there’s no option to 

contact customer service.I have e mailed them and waiting for a reply from them

regardsMarian
