I have checked my credit score a month back to order a iphone 13 pro on ee store and I have passed in my credit checks unfortunately I didn't get a phone on that day. I've ordered a phone in online on 16.12.2021 and I've used my nhs discount voucher code as well after placing a order I called to the costumer care for the order confirmation, they again checked my credit score and they said I failed in my credit check also they cancelled my order and I can't able to use that nhs discount code, it says that code has used already and I called to the customer care they said they can't redeem the code even after they cancel the order.
