I called to the customer care they said they can't redeem the code

I have checked my credit score a month back to order a iphone 13 pro on ee store and I have passed in my credit checks unfortunately I didn't get a phone on that day. I've ordered a phone in online on 16.12.2021 and I've used my nhs discount voucher code as well after placing a order I called to the costumer care for the order confirmation, they again checked my credit score and they said I failed in my credit check also they cancelled my order and I can't able to use that nhs discount code, it says that code has used already and I called to the customer care they said they can't redeem the code even after they cancel the order. Can someone help with this please.

What are you looking to use the voucher against now, since you weren't able to get a contract?
