You have an employee called dan.
I've had nothing but issues with a return pack... called over 10 times. We still have an issue but the man is an asset to your team
Calls back when he says he will
Escalates when he says he will
I have been losing the will to live with your return process for early upgrade and I do suggest someone on your strategic teams looks into the end to end customer journey.
However!! You are lucky to have such a dedicated member of staff and I do hope you find someway to get him my thanks for the outstanding customer services but also the diligence and efforts!
