I would like to send personal feedback to Graham who works in the Darlington office, today (29.08) i called in regards to my overdue payment and a complication with two contracts running side by side. He was a total diamond from the start, nothing was too silly to ask and he was genuinely there to help and you could tell that, very polite and professional yet not robotic which is what you find in some call centres. He helped resolve my issue and put my mind at ease. Due to these uncertain times, i was worried how you could help but i am fully satisfied with the service he offered. He is an asset to your company and i would like this passed back to himself and his direct manager (promotion haha) Brilliant work!!!!
