Where is My X-Box Series S - EE?

Hope you can help me @EE as it is difficult to get an positive answer from an advisor let alone getting through to one.

I joined EE nearly a month ago now with an offer of an XBOX Series S. Phone has been delivered, payed my £30 up front fee, yet to date I have had no notification or delivery of the x-box.


The way I see it, your part of the contract has not been fulfilled and am I now in my right to terminate my business with EE or seek advice from trading standards?
