Been trying to see if I'm able to get a phone contract out but when I'm going through checkout it just keeps making me go through delivery section.

I don't understand what you mean. If you're looking to order a contract over the website, we need to know the delivery address.
If it's successful, that's where it will go to.

It keeps just doing that bit. Itll make me put my address in and then wont go any further than that.
Itll just load that same page up and then ask me to do the address again.

Are you a new customer to EE? Or you are trying to process and upgrade or an additional line via your My EE account?

Yes, I am still having the same problem this afternoon.
I'm with ee for broadband but wanted to get out a phone contract.

If you are logged into your My EE account and it will not allow you to add this, I would recommend speaking to our sales team to complete the order.
