Phone number but no phone or SIM card

I have a phone number but no phone or SIM card 

I have had a Company Phone for 3 years now so have had no use for my personal number

However, I would like to start using it again - I pay monthly by account 

So all I need is a very low cost phone and a new SIM card (both have been broken/ lost)

But I am really struggling to find an option to buy a low cost phone and to get myself a SIM card

Can anyone help me with how I would do that please

Is there a particular kind of phone you're looking for?

Hi Christopher,

It was originally T-Mobile but got transferred over, I think

I have received an letter from EE saying my monthly fee was going up by 2.2% which was sort of what prompted me

So yes I think it must be

I'm am looking for a phone like a Nokia 3100 so to use when say walking the dog  - nothing fancy as I have my works phone for all the smart stuff

It may be worth upgrading to a SIM only deal, @Richard222 and purchase a basic phone outright to put your SIM card in.

Ok, I don't need to upgrade to a SIM only deal as I already have a number and a contract 

All I need is a replacement SIM card with my existing number, that I can fit into a new phone 

Problem is I can't see anywhere on the web site / shop that allows me to order a replacement SIM

Help appreciated

Ah, OK. Sorry, @Richard222 I completely misunderstood what you were looking to do. I thought you were looking for a low cost contract.

You can order a replacement SIM online.

Check out our pay as you go phones on the online shop. You can put your pay monthly replacement SIM card into one of those.

I had to call them in the end because I was originally a T-Mobile customer 

Anyway sorted out a low tariff - just need to sort a low cost phone and I will be sorted
