my 3g dongle stoped downloading

hi I have had my zte dongle for about 8 years now and not had any problems with it I keep it topped up every month but about 3 weeks ago it stopped downloading anything but will still go on the web I was wondering if anyone could help in any way thanx

Do you recall what could of changed 3 weeks ago:

 

-Payments?

-Change of device that the dongle connects to?

 

What type of EE plan or package is the device using?
