Hi,
I cannot see Good as new phones anymore in the phones search when upgrading or buying new phones online. I contacted EE live chat and they mentioned the same. I am getting the following error!
SORRY! THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHILE TRYING TO DISPLAY THE PAGE.
Can anyone take up on this and fix the page?

Is this the same if use a different browser, or clear the cache and cookies on the browser you're using?

Thanks for getting back.
It is same when using all the browsers. I have tried to access using desktop and mobile phone both. On desktop, I have used Chrome and IE whereas in mobile phone I used Samsung browser.
I believe the problem is with EE website. It seems that might have removed the Good as new phones from their website. Usually when you search for new monthly contracts or upgrades, good as new phones appear in search (usually in the end), but now you cannot see any.
If you would like to search for good as new phones, you need to type in the search tab, then various phones will appear, and when you click on an individual phone you get the error as I shared in the previous post.

I'm going to look into this and speak to a few people to see if we can shed any light on this.
