How to reduce my monthly bill

Hi. I don’t know what to do. I just lost my job and I’m unable to pay my full monthly bill starting this month. Is it possible if I could lower my monthly bills? I’m paying £155 a month.. Please help!

Upgrade

I did an upgrade on the 4/9/2021 for the Samsung S21 in pink 5g and still heard nothing but was told on the 4th I'd get it on Monday but then told it's 7days what happens if I do not receive the new device in 7 days

Using the EE app on an iPad and trying to add my home broadband, when entering details it keeps logging me off. My mobile phone is managed through the EE app without any problems. Just seems to be a problem with the add product logic.
