Additional sim only line

I just want to get another line on my account. A sim only plan for my child to use.  Is there a simple link I can follow as it keeps taking me to upgrade my original phone.  Going slightly insane 浪

I'm having the same problem, I'm due an anytime upgrade for free (still 12 months left of contract but I can upgrade after 12m and swap handsets.  I'm trying to go from 11pro max to a zflip and I get the same message
