I'm a bt customer with there broadband,line,and currently have 3 mobile contracts. Looking to get a 4th but now have to go through ee to get the newer phones. Went to place order for the iPhone 12 and entered all my details etc ut at checkout I was asked to register, so I did but now it takes me to my ee and won't allow me to complete the order, just keeps asking g me to add my number (which I obviously don't have yet)

Thanks for coming to the community.
Can you try going to the EE Shop, if you are shown as logged into a My EE account, try logging out and placing the order, does this work?
You should not need a My EE account unless you select existing customer 🙂
