I upgraded on August 24th and am still waiting for my new handset. Still unable to track it so obvs not available despite a 7 to 10 day delivery guide. Now it won't allow me to upgrade again as no longer available so is there a way of teselecting? Samsung a52 violet

You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 and ask them for your order number. This will allow you to use EE order tracking.
You can also ask EE CS about your order.
