Accessory order Nebula Mars 2 pro

Hi guys I ordered this 8 days ago and had the email saying item is winging it's way to me but yet to receive anything yet, says it's out of stock but also says can still add it and will be despatched within 7 days.....buts that's elapsed now and there's no way I can track it, I have an order number

 

Any help? Thanks
