EE sent wrong item

I ordered a 2nd gen iPencil and EE sent me a 1st gen. This was returned by DPD. I then placed another order for the 2nd gen and paid £9 upfront and I still have no iPencil? I now have the £8 add in to my bill even though I have no accessory? I’ve been really unwell with covid and I just can’t seem to get any help from EE. I’m hold all day today and I’m getting really frustrated that I’m going to leave altogether

Hello @Rie260574 , Sorry you have not been well, but unfortunately you will have to contact customer service, as this is account related. I would suggest you try via the My EE App, contacting them, it should give you a rough idea how long you have to wait and you should also be able to get a call back if it is going to take a long time.
