I signed up to a new 24 month contract in July. The guy in store told me my first bill would be higher than usual, which it was, and after that the following months would go back down to its usual price of £55.20, which it has not.
It looks like my 20% discount which I signed up with has not been added to my new contract cost.
How do I resolve this?

You will need to go into store and discuss this with them. Did you receive a contract/recipient showing the discount?
