Cannot get into my account - comes up with Thinking of Leaving T-mobile page

Is this happening when you are trying to log in via the app or online?

 

Does the same error message occur on both log in routes?

Further to this post I rang ee on 150 about it and the technical dept said because they took over my account from t-mobile, I won’t be able to access my billing and usage online for a couple of months until they have completely taken over t-mobile and that is why they are sending me a paper statement each month (which they have been doing). It does mean though that I will be unable to check my account or query anything in between my monthly bill until the complete takeover of t-mobile by ee.

useless. my credit card has been recewed and so o cannot top up any more. It can only be dome by text with no online way to updatw.

Can I please just clarify, do you mean your card has been renewed and it won't let you use your new card to top up?
