No info on delivery

Hi.

 

I also ordered a Samsung S21. It did say 7 days for delivery. Well, like many, the 7 days are gone. No delivery, no info. Going on tracking on order? No problem, went on it and the answer is no info available!

 

Why EE doesn't send a quick email to say there are issues with order. It s the minimum in business. Been 20 years with EE, but due to the poor info given to old/new customers, thinking of leaving too. Let us know when you should receive some stock.

@frenchy2  EE have been receiving them but in limited quantities.    The only people who know that EE are getting devices are those that have been allocated  a device.    EE are not going to inform you that they have received some in and then say but you will not be getting one yet.
