@Sam-mon85 EE customer services can not move you to BT broadband as EE and BT are two separate companies.  BT owns EE and they operate independently of each other.

if you’ve changed to BT now you’ll need to pay off the remaining term of your EE BB contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Really, I don't know what's happened, EE asked me about it and said shell do it all, I didn't have to contact bt at all, then it all went through, someone came with the bt stuff and was done

Is this for mobile BB or fixed landline BB?

To migrate to BT Home BB you need to apply directly to BT, not not speak to to them at all. EE can't & wouldn't do it for you. Are you sure you haven't been slammed by somebody else?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
