I have an old iPhone on a basic EE monthly contract - photo messages always charged as extra ... It recently stopped sending non iChat photos - send bar always stops at about 95% & red circle with exclamation marks then appears. I've tried sending to various friends & family using different phones & networks, but always with the same result. Went in my local shop & was sold an upgraded contract to fix the problem ... still doesn't work. Went back to shop who said they don't deal with technical issues!
I have tried all the internet 'fixes' I can find - making sure have MMS on, resetting network & by complicated means re-sizing photographs as text message no longer asks me for a size as emails do, etc.
So, what next? I am really annoyed, I feel I've been mis-sold a contact & my phone still doesn't work.

Is this affecting all MMS messages? Or, perhaps, just replies?
If you try creating a brand new photo/video message and send it to yourself for test purposes, does this send/receive ok?
Is this happening when you're using the mobile network, or WiFi? Or both? Can you use the internet ok in either/both scenarios?
It may be worth making sure your MMS settings are correct, which you can do here

Alas, doesn't work ... iChat fine. MMS set up OK. Others can text massage photographs to me, but I just can't seem to send photo via them to non Apple devices anymore over the EE network.:(

Hi @Sally38
Thanks for coming back to us.
Could you text SPEND CAP to 150 and let me know the reply?
Leanne.

Thanks for trying this @Sally38
Do you have another phone you could you try your SIM card in to see if the message sends?
Leanne.

Hi @Sally38
