Hi I had broadband with you (EE) for a few yrs, a few months ago I upgraded and the customer Service people moved me to bt who is apart of you, I'm upto date with my by payment but I keep getting letters saying I owe for ee broadband as well, I'm not using 2 lots of internet, tried ringing but can't get through

@Sam-mon85 EE customer services can not move you to BT broadband as EE and BT are two separate companies. BT owns EE and they operate independently of each other.
if you’ve changed to BT now you’ll need to pay off the remaining term of your EE BB contract.

Really, I don't know what's happened, EE asked me about it and said shell do it all, I didn't have to contact bt at all, then it all went through, someone came with the bt stuff and was done

Is this for mobile BB or fixed landline BB?
To migrate to BT Home BB you need to apply directly to BT, not not speak to to them at all. EE can't & wouldn't do it for you. Are you sure you haven't been slammed by somebody else?
