Phone order

Hi

i ordered an iPhone 7 last week, I ordered this one as it said in stock and can be dispatched within 24hours, I’ve had my order confirmation but nothing since

i ordered this as I wanted a new phone quickly 

can anyone help or shall I ring 150?? Thanks sarah
