I placed and order on Saturday and all the email I got was

Order number:_____  Date:16.07.17

Hi _____,

Your order’s being processed. We’ll let you know when your device is on its way.

Just so you know
If you’re just upgrading your plan, we won’t need to send you a new SIM in the post. We’ll update the one you’re already using.

Look out for a text
We’ll send updates to ______


Have I been accepted? I've not had any contact from EE since I got this email almost 2 days ago.

I do and it says sorry we can’t show your order right now

But just wondering on what it means when it says your orders being processed well let you know when your device or sim is on its way dows it mean I got the device or not I don't wanna call up and wait in a queue if you guys can tell me

@Kimkim1010 if you wasn't entitled to a additional line it wouldn't allow you to select a new phone and go through the checkout.

So does that mean I have to wait to get an email of delivery as I know last
month I couldn't get an additional line but this month it says you can add
this device to your account.

@Kimkim1010 that should be fine then if you call the number I provided they will be able to check your account to make sure the order has been processed for you.

How long does it normally take for delivery when you do it on a Saturday or
Sunday as I placed my order Saturday after noon and thinking everything
going on and being weekend thats why its taking a little longer

Hi @Kimkim1010,

 

You'll receive a text from DPD with your tracking details as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.

 

If the device you ordered was in stock it would normally be dispatched within one working day.
