Hello I am having a problem with my I phone SE overheating,

twice now I have had the over heating warning .
I am using the Apple charger that came with it, has anyone experienced the same thing , it’s new so should be running fine .

Good Afternoon @Littlestar

Thanks for coming to the community.

Did you purchase your phone direct with EE?

Does this happen when you charge from different sockets?

Speak soon,

Katie 🙂

Hello Katie ,

I have a contract with ee and got it on the day it came out , original charger and In two different sockets .

Could you please try soft resetting your phone please, @Littlestar?

  1. Press and quickly release the Volume up button then press and quickly release the Volume down button.
  2. Then press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears on the screen (about 10 seconds).

Please monitor after doing this and let us know if the problem comes back.

Chris

Thank you for the reply I will try this 😀
