Invalid sim

I’ve just received my replacement sim and it’s only worked for five minutes before flashing up saying it’s invalid/ failed. I’ve been without a phone for four days due to previous one not working. do I now have to wait and get another.

WiFi tick but still not connecting

New iPhone - ee home broadband - phone just won’t connect to WiFi - shows the blue tick but not the symbol in the top right - rebooted everything several times and tried everything I can think of incl internet searches - any other ideas ??
