No tracking from dpd

I placed an order today of a Iphone 16 pro max and i received a confirmation email from EE saying that my order is confirmed and with a xko reference number and my moey is also cut through my bank but i havent received any tracking through dpd or in my email my iphone was desert titanium 1TB

@Alexanderlaing you receive a tracking number once a device is allocated to you, until that happens you’ll not get a tracking number.   Your order still has to be checked over first even though you paid an upfront cost.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
