Can't track my order and no update!

Hi there!

So I ordered a new contract phone and got the confirmation email with the XKO number and order details etc. It said if they need anything else I'd get SMS with the XKO number otherwise I'd get a text from them when my order is on its way. I've received no updates at all.

I figured it is because of the weekend and it being a Bank Holiday yesterday that I haven't heard anything or it might be delayed but when I type in the XKO number to check the tracking it just gives me an error message saying the tracking has "timed out". 

Is there something wrong with the order or do I have to wait longer still? I made the order on Thursday so just before the weekend started. Seems odd and a bit long.

If tracking is not available then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Download the DPD app as well to follow your order.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
