iPhone 18 pro max pre order

Hi I preordered the iPhone 18 pro max on pre order day it says expected delivery is tomorrow, I’ve received only one email on the day of preorder which states thanks for choosing us states the phone colour and gb also states dpd expected 18 Sept which is tomorrow, but on the bottom of the email it says when confirmed and on way we will update u, so is my phone even confirmed. Will it even arrive tomorrow as I’ve received no emails today, really need it tomorrow as I go abroad on 20th 😬 but now for the same phone it says upto 21 days delivery. So I ordered first and will be served first if says 18th Sept delivery?  Oh also paid out right for the device with no contract . Sim free

Ring 150 or message them through the app. Also keep an eye on the dpd app to see if it gets dispatched

You can track orders our Track Your Order page.

Orders are on first come first served, so the shipping timescales will be based on the time you placed your order. 
The current time scales shown are based on the order being placed now.
