Hi can anyone  give any advice  please  .my phone has turned off and wont come back on its a Samsung a53 I've looked online and tried what they have said and the phone is just not turning on .it's fully  charged

Broken screen so can't transfer info

The screen on my phone broke.  I am using my sim in another phone but as the screen is inaccessible I can't use smartswitch or any other method to transfer my data and info.  Any ideas?  Thanks.
