I have an old Samsung Galaxy A8 from 2018. It's not been used for over 3 years. My daughter is going to use it now. It tried to unlock it via the IMEI number on the EE website. It says its unlocked and given me a 16 digit code. However, the SIM I have put in the old phone is coming up as invalid and it says SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK. I phoned customer services and they were no help. I have been informed its 100% not unlocked and EE need to provide the PUK. How can I get it and get sorted?

Hello @FScovo.
Is the SIM you are putting into the device an EE SIM?
The PUK code is provided by the network provider of the SIM.
Are you aware of how many digits the message is asking for?
Speak soon,
Katie
