Pre-ordered phone and received mail, confirming order, could not track the order

I have pre-ordered the phone and received a confirmation mail with account and order number howeverwhen i tried to track the order, it is showing that the order number is invalid. Please help me out.

Welcome to the EE Community

Is it here you are trying to track your order? Is it contract you have ordered or are you purchasing it outright or on EE finance? Have you logged into your account on the app or website and went to the orders section, does it show there?

If you are unable to track your order online and are worried I would recommend reaching out to our team to check the order. If it was a contract order you can use the numbers here to call. If you have purchased it outright or on EE Finance call 0800 079 0062.
