iPhone 16 Pro Max

On 08.10.2024, I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max online. I received an email confirming the order, etc., but I still haven’t received any information on when I can expect the delivery.

 

Initially, when I placed the order, it stated that the waiting time was up to 28 days. Today, I checked the main EE website, and the waiting time has changed to 21 days. Despite this, I still haven’t received any additional information apart from the order confirmation. 😕

@Lightman81  additional information such as what ? until a device can be allocated to you there is no tracking information because you can’t track nothing.   You have a confirmation of order and at present that’s all you can expect.    What else are you expecting?

if it's the White edition you are probably going have to sit & wait as it's even sold out on Apple Store. You won't get anything until the device is available to ship.
