Lost phone

Hi thereis there a way to turn on a phones locating device remotely at all? Trying to locate a lost phone ?do I need to ring we to sort it out? thank

Sim issue with new phone

Changed sim from one Apple to device to another and sim stopped working. Ordered a new sim but that also doesn’t work.Tried the activate new sim form on EE.co.uk and it says it will text an activation code to the phone but the phone cannot receive it...

Resolved! Iphone Keypad not working

When I call voicemail or 150 the key pad on my iPhone 14 isn't being recognised by the system - so I'm unable to choose any options. Is there a fix for this? I've tried restarting my phone.
