Hi

I've just purchased a Series 10 Apple iWatch with cellular and GPS connectivity. I have a monthly contract SIM with EE. Do I need to contact EE to pair the iWatch to my EE contract? Also, do I need another SIM to make this all work? Many thanks!

Hi @Beth_1978

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community 😊

Have you had a chance to check out the upgrade options when logging in to your account?

If your watch line is already up and running, and you're keeping the same phone, this plan change shouldn't impact the connection to your watch!

@Beth_1978  You set this all up via the watch app.  The contract for the watch is £7 per month and you’ll get 10Gb of data for the watch, your call and text allowance from your sim only can be used via the watch.

Depending on what sim tariff you have you might get this as no charge as some tariffs have inclusive data for a watch but you still have to go through the same process of setting it up.

You’ll be credit check as it’s an additional line on your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Thank you! Much appreciated! If I wanted to change my contract, it’s years old, to an Unlimited Essentials Plus contract (1 month only) for £29 per month (was £41) how would I go about this without loosing connectivity to my phone and watch. Many thanks!
