Upgraded contract and I watch came with it

Hi, I upgraded my phone last night although it was out of stock and I’m not getting it till tomorrow but part of the deal was an apple I watch with sim but I’ve changed my mind I don’t want it. Because the watch has a contract can I cancel it within the 14 day cooling off period ?

The answer depends how & where you purchased your new phone.

Online & telesales purchases come with a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return as a matter of course. In-store retail shop purchases have no such rights, and EE retail stores don't offer a return policy.
