Resolved! New iPhone 16 upgrade- no network

Upgraded and did the phone sets up when it arrived. Everything fine except no network connection at all. Tried everything and nothing happens . Any ideas?

Resolved! Apple Music redeeming the free six months

Hi - I took up EE’s offer of 6 mouths free on Apple Music, but all the system has sent me is a link to the app - Apple wants a code which I assume EE needs to provide but ringing 150 is no help at all. Any advice?
