I had to wipe my iPhone 14 Pro Max but I don’t know how to re- activate it

 @Hymie  You need to call customer services from a different phone and they can reactivate the eSIM for you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Kate I have a similar situation, I factory reset my iPhone now can can’t get my eSIM back on can you assist me please thank you
