Hello @Suzinic78 ,

Welcome to the community,

Not sure why it is asking for a PAC code, that is only if you are moving to another network and wanted to keep your number.

Where is it asking for a PAC code? Are you with EE with your phone, as you cannot otherwise get an Apple Watch from EE website.

Hello, I’m with EE since March and have waited until I could add a watch to my account.
It asked for the code when going through checkout. I stopped until I had more information

@Suzinic78 , no idea why it asks for a code. I would suggest ringing customer service to order the watch, that is how I always do it, myself.

Did you log in before ordering it? I suspect that may be why, as you need to add it as an add-on. By the way, the watch has its own number for account purposes, but will link with your phone.

@Suzinic78  you’re selecting the wrong option,  you need to select one that has its new number.    It’ll be lined to your phone at account level so the watch will ring when someone calls your phone.
