can somebody advice me about ee is charging me monthly for item that i don’t order ,they add it on my contract and im not aware and i dont need it help please i tried to call them many times but they are not answering thru msg they advice me to go into the shop that i order my device trouble is it’s in the england and now im living in wales i cant afford to sort this spending time and money for their mistakes i have lots of contracts with them now im planning to change network coz of this

@rjaygarcia07 If this was a store purchase, you didn’t say that in your first post ( SEE HERE ) then you have to go back to that store as that was the point of sale.

How many months have you paid this fee.
You are better off speaking to someone and that will involve calling 150.
