Ee is charging me for item that i don’t have

 they charge me £11 for magic pen as an accessories for in my ipad M4 but i don’t have that magic pen and i never add it

@rjaygarcia07  You need to call customer services about this.     You also don’t post private information on the inter.  Ie the sim phone number.    Your image has been rejected because of it.
