Hii ee team,

I order 18 pro max burgundy on 17 September, and in website shows already arrived on Oct 6th but still I dont know where can I take, I ask in store but they told I need to wait for conformation, I don't know I didnot get phone from ee but my first payment I need pay on 15 Oct 2026.

If the online order tracking is showing that the device has been delivered and you are being charged for the new plan and phone, it would normally indicate it is ready to collect.

If the store are saying that they don't have it, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call for help. They'll be able to check the order on your account to see exactly what is happening and let you know the next steps.
