Hi,

This isn’t a new phone, but yesturday had an issue where I couldn’t charge the phone.

swapped the sim to my old phone phone 14 or 15.

i cleaned out the charging port and it worked.

when I had the sim in the old phone it wasn’t getting any signal.
now my 17 is charging I have put the sim back in, but still no signal.

cant call EE due to no signal either 😢

any help would be much appreciated.

have already done the restart of the phone, redid network settings. Took sim out and back in. At a complete loss

If...

a known working SIM doesn't work in your new phone.... it screams faulty phone to me.

Try doing a network search to see if EE is displayed. You can call EE-CS from any working phone, it needn't be your mobile.
