Resolved! new sim card

helloI have just installed a new sim card into my mobile but threw away the old without activating this new one. How can I get in touch with EE bear in mind I have no signal at all (as new sim is not activated yet)Many thanksA

Are Sim free phones unlocked?

Hi sorry if this is obvious, but are the SIM free phones available online with EE and other stores unlocked- as in they’re not tied down to a network? So if I bought a Sim free phone from EE I could put my Vodaphone, 02 etc sim in with no hassle?
