Anytime I login into the EE app to check payment info or just anything really it comes up with “we’ve run into a problem”. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading, I’ve changed my password. Nothing works. Same happens when signing in online. I can access nothing to do with my account and says “there seems to be a problem” or “this isn’t working right now.” any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

@thomas153 I would suggest giving customer service a call asking them to refresh your account to see if that works and you should then be able to register again, this often sorts the problem out.
