Order confirmed on Monday 8th for 256GB in Cosmic Orange, online tracker has since stopped working.
can i still expect dispatch within 7 days from date of order? or am i going to be longer?
If there is stock local to me can i contact EE and change to collect the device or is it a case of just waiting it out for delivery?

@morgannewman99 what a store might have in stock is what that store can sell it’s not for you to collect because your ordered online/via phone. Your device comes from different stock. Download the DPD app and create an account and you can track when a delivery is out for you. You’ll even get the PIN code on it that you have to give the courier when they deliver your device.
